ZAMA DLADLA CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
The challenges of life can be inevitable; and how those challenges impact our lives as individuals may differ. These challenges can affect our mental and emotional well-being, leaving us feeling stressed, worried, overwhelmed, depressed, and overcome by grief. This can impact how we experience everyday life, including our relationships with friends, family, and even colleagues.
However, you do not have to go at it alone.
I offer services that support you mentally and emotionally through the different phases and stages of life: healing from traumatic experiences, loss and grief, family conflicts/ dynamics, relationship problems, and adjusting to a different phase of life; all of which could have significant mental and emotional impact on your life.
I aim to help you navigate through your healing, towards a healthier and more balanced you. I offer both in-person and online therapy services.
